Clock animation

The first thing i did was click file new and change the settings. Then click the rectangle tool and pick the ellipse tool,change the color,width,and height.Then go to the view menu and click new guide and change the position.do the same thing but instead of vertical change it to horizontal.Then you duplicate the layer,add layer styles,create a group,add text,add a shape,duplicate and transform,merge layers,create another new group,add new shapes,create a layer style,duplicate shapes,rename and organize layers,create a shape and layer style,create a timeline,create duplicate frames,and save to web.
