The first thing i did was open the rocket and flame file,then move the rocket and flame to the PSD make sure that the flame layer is below the rocket. make separate layers for each text.Then click window timeline,create frame animation,change the time to 1 second and make a new frame for each text.there should be 6 flames.select the rocket and flame by clicking shift.then use the tween tool,and then change the time on 5-15 to .1,and change once to forever.
